The project to enable community sports to take place at Peter Lea Primary School has been made possible through match funding from the school and Safer Capital with backing from the Community Cohesion Fund.

The development includes a new entrance, pathway, fencing and access to the school grounds from Pwllmelin Road.

The school expresses its special thanks to Inspector Nigel Brock from Fairwater Police Station and Louise Bassett from Communities First.  Without their help this project would not have been possible and the children and young people would not have a local home ground to train and play matches.
