Dementia Supportive Communities aim to get people in the local community having a better understanding of dementia and the challenges people face.  It is important that people with dementia are able to carry on their daily lives and feel included in their local community. Dementia Friends sessions will be available at the launch. Dementia Friends learn a little bit about what it's like to live with dementia and ways to turn that understanding into action.  There will also be Christmas Songs led by Goldies Cymru, followed by a buffet lunch.
